Simply tell us what skills and personal characteristics you are looking for in your perfect employee and we will prepare a shortlist of suitable candidates ready for you to interview.
You can be confident that each candidate has been interviewed and had their references checked by our team of recruitment experts.
If for whatever reason, the candidate is not right for your company after starting work with you, we offer a ten-week safety net as standard, which means you are entitled to a free replacement or if a replacement is not available, a part refund of the fees you have paid. By recruiting through the press and job centre, no such safety net is in place.

From Temp to Perm…

If you would prefer to assess a candidate’s suitability to the role you are looking to fill without making a commitment, you could take advantage of our ‘Temp to Perm’ service. Many clients find employing temporary workers mean they often find the perfect addition to their team.  So, should you decide after a period of 12 weeks that you would like to employ your temporary candidate; you can take the person on as a permanent employee – with no fee to pay!!
However, if you just needed help during a busy period, a day’s notice is all that’s required to cancel our services.

An extra pair of hands…


Through South West Recruitment you have access to a database of workers who are immediately available for temporary assignments.
Whatever skills you are looking for, from catering or construction to customer services – we probably know just the person you are looking for!

What’s more, you don’t need to employ them.  We take responsibility for your temporary worker’s wages, tax, national insurance contributions and holiday pay.  You just pay a simple invoice each week, whether you have a hundred or just one extra pair of hands.
